Digital Arches has entered into a partnership with Glidewell to expand nationwide access to its OPTISPLINT® and ARCHTRACER™ systems, two digital tools designed to streamline workflows for full-arch implant restorations. Under the agreement, Glidewell clinicians will now be able to incorporate these tools into their All-on-X workflows.
According to Digital Arches, the OPTISPLINT and ARCHTRACER systems address common challenges in capturing accurate digital impressions for full-arch implant cases. By integrating with Glidewell’s existing clinical network, the company says the partnership is intended to help more dentists transition to digital workflows with greater speed and predictability.

Digital Arches reports that OPTISPLINT allows for intraoral luting of scan bodies to a rigid honeycomb frame, resulting in a scannable verification jig. This setup enables extraoral captures from intraoral scanners for use in fabricating an immediate temporary prosthesis. At the same time, the OPTISPLINT frame itself can be sent to the lab for tabletop scanning to support final prosthesis fabrication. The company states this process validates accurate representation of multi-unit abutment relationships, which can contribute to a passive fit and reduced chair time.
As part of the partnership, Glidewell now offers OPTISPLINT and ARCHTRACER kits to its full-arch customers. Available configurations include starter and single-arch kits. In addition, clinicians will have access to Digital Arches’ educational resources, such as training videos and guided workflows.
