SuperMouth, a company founded by dentist Dr. Kami Hoss, has announced the release of a new product designed to support oral hygiene while traveling. The Ultim8 Travel SmartCase is intended to house the brand’s Ultim8 SmartBrush, along with travel-sized floss and toothpaste.
The case includes several features meant to address hygiene and convenience concerns for users on the go. Among these is a built-in UV sanitizer powered by a TSA-approved lithium battery. According to the company, the sanitizer eliminates 99.9% of germs and bacteria from toothbrush surfaces. The device also includes a rechargeable battery, a charging cable, and a compartmentalized interior for organization.
Dr. Hoss, who has more than three decades of clinical experience in oral health, developed the product as part of SuperMouth's broader oral care system.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the Ultim8 Travel SmartCase, the final piece to our SmartBrush System,” said Dr. Hoss. “We spent a lot of time considering the practical needs of travelers and identifying what’s lacking in today’s electric toothbrush cases. The Travel SmartCase was created to fill those gaps. With its elevated design and advanced hygiene features, we hope it empowers consumers to travel cleaner and smarter.”
Notable elements of the product include:
- A compact, ergonomic design to accommodate essential dental hygiene tools.
- UV sanitization that activates automatically when the lid is closed, with indicator lights to show when the process is underway or complete.
- A quick-access latch and drainage system to help prevent mold.
- Integrated cable management and SmartMag charging capabilities, allowing for up to 3 weeks of UV function on a single charge.
The SmartCase is available in three colors: Sapphire Blue, Pearly White, and Rose Gold. It is sold individually and also as part of the Ultim8 SmartBrush System.
