Kettenbach Dental has announced the launch of VISALYS Temp One to One, a new material for temporary restorations available beginning September 22, 2025. This addition to the VISALYS product line is designed for use in a 1:1 cartridge system, expanding the company’s existing offerings and complementing the established 10:1 version.
According to the manufacturer, the material offers high fracture resistance, marginal stability, and handling properties intended to meet the demands of current clinical workflows. Kettenbach Dental notes that VISALYS Temp One to One “delivers maximum stability, outstanding fracture resistance, and excellent marginal stability.”
Working and setting times are reported to be optimized for clinical efficiency: the material is ready for use after 1 minute and fully cured within 4 minutes. The formulation also aims to provide a smooth surface with a natural luster, reducing the need for additional polishing steps in many cases.
Notably, the product is BPA-free, allowing Kettenbach Dental to address growing demands for health safety and sustainability, according to the company. The 1:1 mixing system is designed to reduce material waste, with a single cartridge yielding up to 62 units.
Kettenbach Dental highlights several practical benefits for clinical application, including ease of trimming, reparability, and material savings. The manufacturer states that practices may see up to 35% reduction in material use compared to other temporary materials.
Calling the new generation of the material “truly convincing,” the company notes in its announcement that VISALYS Temp One to One provides not only a reliable but also an economically attractive solution.
VISALYS Temp One to One will be available directly from Kettenbach Dental starting September 22, 2025. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day.
